<p>In a mobile electronic device having a sleep mode for saving power, it is possible to facilitate current measurement during a sleep section without requiring a device having a high-resolution accuracy. A control unit (17) uses a reference capacity table stored in a storage unit (16) in advance and a sleep section current value measured by a measurement device externally connected so as to add a current value actually measured during a non-sleep mode and a product of a duration time of the sleep mode and the sleep section current value. The control unit (17) subtracts the obtained sum from the reference capacity value stored in the reference capacity table (160) thereby calculating a remaining battery capacity.</p> |
