摘要 A mixed tea composition with excellent preference and a preparing method thereof are provided to show an effect of preventing cerebral hemorrhage and improve preferences by mixing the extracts of roasted tartary buckwheat, Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus and Inonotus obliquus. A mixed tea composition is composed of 20-35 parts of roasted tartary buckwheat with the L value(lightness) of 50 to 60 which is measured by a color difference meter, 1-8 parts of Ganoderma lucidum, 1-8 parts of Phellinus linteus and 1-8 parts of Inonotus obliquus. The mixed tea composition additionally contains one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of 20-30 parts of Semen Cassiae, 10-20 parts of Oolong, 3-10 parts of green tea leaf, 1-5 parts of Polygonatum odoratum, 2-7 parts of Lycii Fructus, 1-4 parts of Pu-erh tea extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of ginseng, 0.3-1.5 parts of Citrus unshiu peel, 0.3-2.5 parts of Saururus chinensis, 0.3-1.7 parts of mulberry leaf and 0.3-1.5 parts of persimmon leaf.
