A spline tube processing method for a steering system is provided to improve machining accuracy because the mandrel in which spline is formed is inserted and the inside diameter spline is formed. A spline tube processing method for a steering system is as follows. A cylindrical tube(300a) is prepared. The cylindrical tube is inserted into a first mandrel and a first transformation tube(300b) is formed. The first transformation tube is inserted into a second mandrel and a second deformation tube(300c) is formed. The second deformation tube is inserted into a third mandrel and a third deformation tube(300d) is formed. A fourth deformation tube is inserted into a fifth mandrel and a fifth deformation tube is formed. The fifth deformation tube is inserted into a sixth mandrel and a spline tube(300) is formed.
