摘要 A balloon flower-bagged tea through grinding and roasting and a preparing method thereof are provided to eliminate a specific smell and a chalky taste from raw balloon flower while maintaining effective components. A method for preparing a balloon flower-bagged tea comprises the following steps of: removing foreign materials from balloon flower; peeling the balloon flower; drying at 50-70‹C for 24-60 hours; grinding to a size of 0.05-1cm; roasting the ground balloon flower at 60-95‹C for 5-60 minutes; filtering the roasted balloon flower with a sieve; and putting into a tea bag and sealing it. The tea bag additionally accommodates 0.5-3 parts of roasted brown rice, roasted corn, roasted buckwheat or green tea on a basis of 100 parts of roasted balloon flower.
