A land construction ship load-out method is provided to minimize power loss by minimizing the gap between a hydraulic supply system, a driverless carriage, and a drive carriage. A land construction ship load-out method comprises following steps. A hydraulic supply system is arranged on a rail(2) in order to be located at the lower part of a ship(1) and a driverless carriage(11) and a drive carriage(12) are arranged in order to be located near the hydraulic supply system. The hydraulic line of the hydraulic supply system is connected to the driverless carriage and the drive carriage. The hydraulic supply system is operated and the fluid pressure is supplied to the hydraulic lift of the drive carriage and the driverless carriage and the ship is lifted. The ship is moved to a floating dock by operating the hydraulic motor of the drive carriage to drive a driving wheel. The ship moved to the upper side of the floating dock is descended and is mount on the floating dock. The hydraulic motor of the drive carriage is reversely rotated and the load-out facility is pulled back and is removed.
