SOLUTION: This method for producing the oil-soluble composition having a high content of phosphatidyl serine comprises dissolving a phospholipid having a high content of phosphatidyl serine together with phosphatidyl ethanolamine or phosphatidyl ethanolamine and phosphatidyl choline in oils and fats. |
