In a print system having printers connected to a network, consumables of the printers are managed. A consumables price DB and a budget DB store prices of the consumables and a predetermined purchase money amount. A consumables use residual amount discriminating unit obtains consumables use residual amounts of the printers. A consumables ordering discriminating unit discriminates the ordering necessity of the consumables from the consumables use residual amounts. Order money amount accumulating means accumulates order money amounts of the ordering necessity consumables on the basis of the prices of the consumables. An order consumables deciding means decides the ordering necessity consumables as order consumables corresponding to the period of time until an accumulated money amount exceeds the predetermined purchase money amount.
