A flange and pipe coupling structure is provided to assemble flanges easily by fixing the fastening flange on the pipe to be adjacent to the settling flange. A flange and pipe coupling structure comprises pipes(100a), settling flanges(200a,200b), a sealing ring(300), and fastening flanges(400a,400b). The pipe has screw thread on the exterior. The settling flange includes a settling insertion holes, a plurality of settling joint holes, and a sealing ring insertion groove(250). The sealing ring is installed on the sealing ring insertion groove and a settling step(220). The fastening flange includes an external insertion hole, external joint holes(420), and screw thread to be screwed to the pipe. When the flanges are connected to the flanges of another pipe, the fastening flange is fixed to the pipe so that the settling and fastening flanges are not separated from the pipe.
