A crown molding apparatus of a vehicular poly and a method thereof are provided to prevent the fourth product fixed to half less from being displaced from the upper punch. A crown molding apparatus of a vehicular poly comprises a upper die(613), an upper pad(617), an upper mold, a stripper(623), a lower punch(630), a lower mold. The upper die is fixed to the upper press and a hole is formed in the center thereof. The upper pad is placed in the hole of the upper die and supported by the spring. In the upper mold, an upper punch(619) installed on the upper press is positioned. The stripper is fixed and installed on top of the half less cost and a hole is formed in the center thereof. The lower punch is positioned inside the stripper and is placed in half less cost. The lower mold comprises a lower pad which is supported by the cushion pin while passing through the center of the lower punch. When the upper press moves vertically, the stripper is molded in the state of being fixed to the half less.
