A system for operating transaction of required materials of a delivery company and a method of operating a transaction by using the same are provided to increase usability of an existing delivery management system by using the system in required material delivery. A home delivery service provider server includes a branch office database, a seller database, an order database and a delivery management database. A branch office terminal orders required materials per a branch office by updating the order database according to input of a branch. A seller terminal issues an invoice about a product directly delivered from a seller according to a delivery management database type per each delivery company. The seller terminal updates delivery information including an invoice number of the issued invoice in the delivery management database. |
