A bumper back beam for vehicle and a molding method thereof are provided to reduce the weight and cycle time by injection-molding the reinforcing rib, the mounting hole, and the mounting bracket. A molding method of bumper back beam for vehicle is as follows. A lattice mat(100) formed by weaving fiber in a grid form, and long fiber pellets(200) are prepared as raw materials. The lattice mat is put into in a mold(300) for molding a bumper(400). The long fiber pellets are supplied to the mold in which the lattice mat is put, and injected at low pressure. The injection-molded bumper is separated from the mold.
