An RFID label (T) comprises a tape base layer (101b) formed into a tape shape for disposing an RFID circuit element (To) comprising an IC circuit part (180) configured to store information and a loop antenna (62) configured to transmit and receive information, and a transfer layer (101a) on which characters (R) corresponding to the information stored in the IC circuit part (180) of the RFID circuit element (To) are printed.
