The device has a central ventilation tube (46), and bearings placed in an oil chamber in which an oil fog is maintained by rotation of the bearings. A deoiler (30) is provided in a wall of the oil chamber. The deoiler centrifuges oil in suspension with air, and allows a deoiled air flow to pass inside the tube. The tube has a closing cap (48) that is equipped with outlet orifices (50) in its upper part to evacuate air. The cap is provided with an oil drain orifice (52) in its lower part. An independent claim is also included for a ducted-fan turbine engine comprising a deoiling device.
