摘要 A high intensity magnesium alloy sheet and a fabricating method thereof are provided to control the size, shape and volume fraction of dispersed particles using the following treatment of a strip casting method, thereby improving an intensity and hardness of the magnesium alloy sheet. A high intensity magnesium alloy sheet is composed of 1-10wt% of Zn, 0.25-3wt% of Mn, 1-6wt% of Al and 0.05-1wt% of Cu. Inevitable impurities can be included in the magnesium alloy. The average diameter of crystal grains is 20mum or less. The average diameter of dispersoids in the micro-structure of the high intensity magnesium alloy sheet is 5mum or less. The volume fraction of the dispersoids is 5% or less. The tensile strength and elongation ratio of the magnesium alloy are 300MPa and 15% respectively.
