The device has a control unit i.e. jack (11), for mechanically driving an unlocking unit of a safety handle (5) of a beer barrel, and another control unit i.e. pneumatic jack (10), for mechanically driving a piercing unit of the beer barrel. An opening unit opens a beer circuit to deliver the beer, and support units are integrated to an upper part of the beer barrel, where the control units are integrated on the support units. The support units include a machined cylinder with a hollow body.
