A motor control system is provided to improve efficiency of a motor by approaching a lead angle of the motor to an optimum lead angle. A brushless DC motor includes a stator(20), a permanent magnet, and a rotor. The stator has a frame(21), a winding part(22), a coil(22a), and a plurality of fastening ribs(23). A plurality of ring-type iron cores is laminated on the frame. The winding part is formed according to an outer circumference of the frame. The coil is wound in the winding part, and generates a rotating magnetic field. A plurality of fastening ribs is protruded in the outer circumference of the frame, and is fixed to a fastening boss. A condenser functions as a smoothing condenser. |
