A blow-by gas circulating device for a vehicle is provided to prevent a discharge hose from icing and help the smooth circulation of a blow-by gas as ECU controls the power source of a relay and heats a hot wire coil. A blow-by gas circulating device for a vehicle comprises outer air temperature sensor(230), an engine inside temperature sensor(310), a hot wire coil(620), a relay(700), an ECU(Electronic Control Unit,100). The outside air temperature sensor is installed outside an intake system(200). The outside air temperature sensor measures the temperature of the external air supplied to the intake system. The outside air temperature sensor is installed inside an engine(330) and measures the inside of the engine. The hot wire coil is installed inside a discharge hose(600) connected to an intake line(210). The Relay controls the electric power supply in the hot wire coil of the discharge hose. The ECU compares the temperature difference by the measured value of the outside air temperature sensor and the engine inside temperature sensor. In case the compared temperature difference is out of the range of the temperature difference, the ECU operates the relay.
