An intestine targeting pharmaceutical composition, which contains a naphthoquinone compound is provided to enhance naphthoquinone absorption and duration time in the body and maximize the effect of treating diseases related to testis and prostate. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating diseases which are related to testis and/or prostate comprises: pharmaceutically effective amount of compound of the chemical formula 1 or 2, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, solvent compound or isomer; pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, excipient, or their combination. The prodrug is a compound of the chemical formula 1a. The pharmaceutical composition is formulated for oral administration of targeting intestine. The formulation is performed by adding pH sensitive polymer such as methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (eudragit) or hydroxypropylmethylcellulosephthalate.
