A fire fighting butterfly valve is provided, which is indicated as a normal state only in the full opening state of a valve. A fire fighting butterfly valve comprises: a valve part(110); a driving part(130) generating the power opening and closing the valve part; a power transmission delivering the power generated in the driving part to the valve part; and a sensor(140) which senses the open state of a valve and indicates it; a valve body(1101) in which the valve part is installed at the piping and an opening is formed; and a valve body(1103) which opens and closes the opening while being installed at the opening of the valve body and rotating.
