A detachable and attachable cellular phone recorder is provided to record call conversation without any inconvenience in hold feeling and to be used in a mobile phone by being mounted in the phone. A voice receiver(200) senses and records voice, then transmits the voice to a recording unit(100). A detaching unit(300) is coupled between the recording unit and the voice receiver. When the detachable mobile phone recorder is mounted in the mobile phone, the attaching/detaching unit fixes the recording unit and the voice receiver to the mobile phone through the elastic force of the elastic unit(330).
