A shielding case and an electronic device are provided to improve the workability of the fitting of the frame body and the cover by easily inserting a hook stop claw portion into a gearing concave part. A shield case(S) comprises a frame body(6) and a cover(7). The frame body surrounds an electronic component(52) which is mounted in a circuit board(51). The cover covers the electronic component. The frame body comprises a side wall(61), a left side rim part(62), a top opening(63) and gearing concave part(64). The height of the side wall is lower than the height of the electronic component. A hook portion(72) includes the first extension portion(73), the second elongate portion(74) and a hook stop claw portion(75).
