Disclosed is a monoclonal antibody consisting of, (i) two heavy chains, each comprising a constant region derived from a human IgG4 with substitution of serine with proline at position 228 and substitution of leucine with glutamic acid at position 235 and a variable region from a heavy chain of a monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma 4D11 (Accession No. FERM BP-7758), and (ii) two light chains, each comprising a variable region from a light chain of a monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma 4D11 (Accession No. FERM BP-7758).
