A pedicle screw with a closure unit is provided to secure the firm connection between the pedicle screw and the closure unit in a closed state and to fix a load for spinal column. A pedicle screw(1) with a closure unit comprises a screw-in unit(2), a head unit(3), an 'U'-shaped groove(4) and the closure unit. The head unit is located in the upper part of the screw-in unit. The 'U'-shaped groove is positioned in the head unit. The 'U'-shaped groove is formed by two arms(7,8), inner surfaces and a bottom surface(9). A load(10) with a ridge(12) and a spiral groove(13) is insertable into the 'U'-shaped groove and maintained by the closure unit. The closure unit fixes the load for the spinal column.
