DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SENSING INPUT POINT USING MAGNETIC FLUID

A screen display device capable of sensing an input point by using a magnetic force fluid and a method thereof are provided to improve input convenience of a user by enabling the user to feel tactility by using the magnetic force fluid. A screen display device comprises a touch panel unit(200), an electromagnet array unit(300), and a magnetic force fluid unit(100). The touch panel unit calculates coordinates by receiving a user command by touch. The electromagnet array unit is installed in a lower part of the touch panel unit, and generates magnetic force in an electromagnet existing in a part corresponding to the coordinates. The magnetic force fluid unit is installed in an upper part of the touch panel unit. In the magnetic force fluid unit, a part corresponding to the coordinates has magnetic force by the generated magnetic force and is protruded.
