An anchor tension member composed of one or more individual members, and a ground or rock anchor including a corrosion-proofed anchor head formation portion are provided to make assembly and disassembly work easy and to improve a structure formation portion of an anchor head portion. A ground or rock anchor comprises an anchor tension member composed of one or more individual members(3) such as a steel rod, a steel wire or a strand, an anchor head formation portion(7) fixing the anchor tension member to the outer end of a perforated hole(2) and including support members(8) to support to the ground(10) directly or indirectly and an anchorage device(14) supported to the support members and coupled with the individual member in the friction type to fix the individual member, and a cap portion(17) surrounding the end of the individual member and the anchorage device at the outer end of the anchor head portion, wherein a connecting member(12) including a first locking device is arranged on the peripheral side between the support member and the anchorage device and the cap portion includes a second locking device, so that the first and second locking devices interlock for friction-type coupling between the cap portion and the connecting member.
