摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass plate to be used as a starting material for manufacturing a photoelectric module, which has high bending strength and high thermal fatigue resistance and can be manufactured at high cost effectiveness. <P>SOLUTION: In order to manufacture the glass plate 1 coated with a conductive transparent metal oxide 3 by chemical vapor deposition, the conductive transparent metal oxide 3 is chemically vapor-deposited on the glass plate 1 at a coating temperature exceeding but not lower than 50°C temperature of glass transition. Preferably, a cooling speed is 50 K/min to 200 K/min.
