PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, in the area with many trees including mountain areas where gutters are full with the accumulated fallen leaves and often do not function well, it is hard to clean the gutter in which the fallen leaves are heaped up and even harder to clean the gutter on the second floor/the third floor. SOLUTION: In a fit-in type cover for covering a top face of the rain gutter, a thousands of weep holes are opened in its top face for receiving raindrops and only rainwater falls into the rain gutter, so as to prevent the fallen leaves, large trash, or the like from being accumulated in the gutter.
