PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus in which stripping of electronic components which are mounted around a contact part of a circuit board from the circuit board is suppressed. SOLUTION: In a shield case 22 arranged by being piled on the circuit board 23 arranged inside a casing, a mounting microphone 231 is mounted on the circuit board 23, in a protruded area R of the shield case 22, and a notch 23a is provided on a part of the circuit board 23 around the mounting microphone 231.
