PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper which contributes to energy saving and speed-up of deposit removing work, and to provide a scraper attachment and a scraper device. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the scraper 1, a spatula 3 is arranged on one end of a shank 2, and a vibration unit 40 for applying an impact to the shank 2 to vibrate the scraper 1 is detachably attached to the other end of the shank 2. The vibration unit 40 is formed of: the attachment 50 which is detachably attached to the other end of the shank 2; a rotating device 30 which has a rotationally driving means for generating a rotating output, and is detachably attached to the attachment 50; and a vibration generating section which is provided for either the attachment 50 or the rotating device 30, for applying an impact to the shank 2, based on the rotating output from the rotationally driving means.
