PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling tool for an underground anchor, which enables solidified soil around a guy rod to be crushed by using the guy rod provided in the screwed underground anchor buried in ground, and an underground anchor removal method using the drilling tool. SOLUTION: In this drilling tool 1, an insertion hole 3 penetrating in a vertical direction along a shaft portion is provided; a tool body 2 is formed by constituting an upper portion as a rectangular head 2a and constituting a lower portion as cylindrical body portion 2c; and a spiral drilling blade 4, having a rotational diameter larger than that of a spiral drilling blade, of the screwed underground anchor to be removed is integrally annexed to the outer peripheral portion of the body portion of the tool body 2. The guy rod of the underground anchor is passed through the insertion hole 3 of the drilling tool 1; the solidified soil around the guy rod is crushed while the guy rod is rotatively lowered as a guide; and after that, the underground anchor is pulled out.
