PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device capable of preventing deterioration of security to unauthorized use of a system, even in case of leakage of user biological information registered prior to use of the system. SOLUTION: The system management device 1 changes a temporary template algorithm at predetermined time intervals. An entrance and exit management device 2 authenticates a user who is to enter a management section, and permits the entrance to the management section to the successfully authenticated user. For the user permitted to enter the management section, a temporary template is created with the temporary template algorithm at that time, and registered to the system management device 1. The system management device 1 performs, when the user who entered the management section starts to use an access terminal 4, biometric authentication for this use using the temporary template.
