PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head, an inkjet recording device and an ejected ink-droplet amount control method which can certainly prevent the ejected ink-droplet amount from changing due to the ink-pressure variation while inhibiting the enlargement. SOLUTION: The inkjet head 3 includes two or more nozzle opening sections for ejecting ink droplets, an actuator wherein two or more longitudinal grooves filled with inks are arranged side by side so as to correspond to each of two or more nozzle opening sections, a channel substrate 27 for making two or more longitudinal grooves communicating with each other, and an ink communicating tube 39 for feeding the ink to the channel substrate 27. The inkjet head 3 further includes a control unit for controlling the ejected ink-droplet amount from the detection result of an ink pressure sensor 75 while providing a Tee joint 38 installed in the outflow part of the ink communicating tube 39 with the ink pressure sensor 75 for detecting the pressure of the ink filling two or more longitudinal grooves.
