A device for informing access is provided to secure the safety of the pedestrian at a crosswalk by sensing the movement of an object. A light sensor(33) senses whether the crosswalk for the pedestrian is safe or not, and a first moving body detection sensor(31) is driven if the light sensor senses that the crosswalk is safe. A first target detection sensor senses the movement of the target approaching the crosswalk. A sound output unit(34) warns the pedestrian the approach the target to the crosswalk through an acoustic signal. A display unit(23) warn the target that the pedestrian is walking the crosswalk. |
