PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire information matched with a feeling. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 101 transmits feeling information expressing a feeling to a feeling information processing server 301. An extraction means 304 in the feeding information processing server 301 extracts information corresponding to the feeling information transmitted from the cellular phone 101 from a plurality of RSS servers 302 via a communication means 303 and transmits the extracted information to the cellular phone 101.
