PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a building material using palms that is safe in case of a fire, preventing generation of noxious gas as well as materializing antibacterial, anti-mold and deodorizing functions. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes stages of: drying palm fibers to have a drying oil of 95% after washing; making palm fiber chips; crushing the dried palm fibers in a grain size of 200 mesh; crushing bamboos in a grain size of 200 mesh; preparing a main raw material by mixing the palm fiber chips, palm fiber powder, bamboo powder, and bioceramic powder with the ratio of 1:1:1:1; extracting fly ash having a grain size of 200 mesh from coal carbide; manufacturing a binder by mixing at 1:1 ratio a fire preventive and a hardening flame-resisting resin of heat-resistant resin and by fusing it; mixing the binder powder so manufactured and kneading it with a high liquefied state; baking the kneaded powder by the first order by passing it between molding parts that diverge a temperature of 150-200°C; rolling with gradual thinness by passing the baked molding through a rolling part in which a large number of upper roller groups and lower roller groups are arranged with intervals narrowed toward the rear side; freezing the molding at 0-4°C while passing through a cooling part composed of a large number of upper roller groups and lower roller groups; and cutting the molding at a fixed length unit with a blade vertically moving by a cutting cylinder.
