<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly superior in jointing performance of an electrolyte resin membrane and a catalyst layer while securing proton conductivity of the electrolyte resin membrane, even if respectively different material is used as an electrolyte resin to constitute the electrolyte resin membrane and the catalyst layer provided on its surface. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fuel cell membrane-electrode assembly comprises: a dispersion solution forming step in which a first electrolyte resin, a first solvent, and a second solvent are mixed and a dispersion solution is formed; and a laminated electrolyte membrane forming step in which the dispersion solution is coated at least on one of the surface of a sheet-like electrolyte resin containing a second electrolyte resin, and a laminated electrolyte resin membrane in which a second electrolyte resin layer containing the second electrolyte resin and a first electrolyte resin layer containing the first electrolyte resin are laminated is formed. The solubility of the second electrolyte resin to the first solvent is 0.3-30 g per 100 g of the first solvent, and the solubility of the second electrolyte resin to the second solvent is 0 g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
