<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing IC tag, which has the function of breaking an antenna so that it is not reusable, when it is tried to peel a noncontact IC tag by use of a solvent. <P>SOLUTION: The forgery preventing IC tag includes, at least on an antenna support, an inlet including an IC chip and an antenna circuit electrically connected to each other to be used for data transmission and receiving with an external device in no contact, and an adhesive layer for sticking the inlet to an adherend, which is formed to cover the IC chip and the antenna circuit. This IC tag further includes a resin layer between the antenna circuit and the antenna support, the resin layer being dissolved to a solvent which dissolves the adhesive layer or being peeled from the antenna circuit by penetration of the solvent thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
