PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metalized laminating polyester film for a capacitor which is, with high voltage-resistance, appropriate for smaller capacitor by means of thinner film. SOLUTION: This is a biaxial orientation film comprising at least three layers, or, a vapor-deposition metal layer A, an intermediate layer B whose main component is polyethylene terephthalate, and a base layer C. Here, the thickness of each layer simultaneously satisfies 0.003 tB<=tA<=1.0 tB, 0.005 tC<=tB<=0.6 tC, while each particle content of the intermediate layer B and the base layer C satisfies 0<=fB<fC. Where, tA is a thickness of the vapor- deposition metal layer A, tB is the thickness of the intermediate layer B, tC is the thickness of the base layer C, fB is particle content of the intermediate layer B, and fC is particle content of the base layer C.
