<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a metal short between adjacent pads of an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device comprises an electronic component, a first terminal and a second terminal formed on the electronic component, a first insulating film formed on the electronic component and having an opening wherein the first terminal and the second terminal are exposed, a conductive member connected to at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal and containing a material different from the first terminal and the second terminal, and a groove portion formed in the first insulating film between the first terminal and the second terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
