A heating shoe insole using piezoelectric elements is provided to prevent frostbite of workers working outside a room in the wintertime, improve working efficiency and working environment, and maintain the inside of shoes in a dry state by mounting a heating device on inner parts of shoes. A heating shoe insole using piezoelectric elements comprises: an insole plate including a piezoelectric element laye having a plurality of piezoelectric elements(3) formed therein, an insulation layer(4) formed on the piezoelectric element layer, an electric heating wire(2) formed on the insulation layer, a sole contact layer(1) contacted with the food sole of a shoe wearer and formed on the electric heating wire; and a piezoelectric element printed circuit board formed on the sole contact layer to transfer electric energy generated from the piezoelectric elements to the electric heating wire. |
