PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter having a seal structure for preventing a fluid to be measured leaking outside of a lining part by preventing the tilting of an electrode seal part against the lining part. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic flowmeter 110 includes: an electrode 20 having a seal part 21 closely contacting the surface of the lining part 11 and a projecting part 23 projecting through a through-hole 12 disposed from the side of this seal part 21 to the lining part 11; an elastic part 30 disposed outside of the projecting part 23; and a pressing part 100 for pressing this elastic part 30 from the opposite direction of an installation face 35 on which the elastic part 30 is installed; wherein the pressing part 100 and a support part 101 for supporting the elastic part 30 are made into one body.
