PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging implement which is easy to attach and detach, convenient to carry, easy to handle and suitable for hanging a heavy matter. SOLUTION: The hanging implement 1 includes an engaging implement 2 for hanging a baggage, a fixing member 3 to be fixed to a member to be mounted being an optional member, and a columnar connection member 4 supporting the engaging implement 2 rotatably and incorporated into the fixing member 3. The engaging implement 2 has a hanging part 20 for hanging the baggage, a bar-like part 22 extended from the hanging part 20, and a disk-like fit-in convex part formed at the end of the bar-like part 22. The fixing member 3 has a support part 30 supporting the connection member 4 by placing a pair of locking parts 31 formed according to the shape near both of the ends of the connection member 4 at positions separated from each other by a predetermined distance, and an opening 32 for a belt-like fastener to pass through. The connection member 4 has a fit-in concave part formed according to the shape of the fit-in convex part formed at the end of the bar-like part 22 of the engaging implement 2, and an opening 41 which communicates with the fit-in concave part and is formed according to the shape of the bar-like part 22.
