PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a changeable panel without removing screws and to improve external appearance. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 (mobile terminal) is provided with a lock lever 15 for locking a changeable panel 10 with a concave 8 for panel attachment, and a lock release button 18 which slides the lock lever 15 against a pressing force of a compressed coil spring 16 so as to release engagement between a locking section 15b and a locked section 11a and which pushed up the changeable panel 10 at the same time. The lock release button 18 is inserted into a hole 17 for lock release button which is open on the outer surface of a cabinet 7 on the display part side, thereby exposing a concave 18a for pressing.
