<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an occupant restraint system for a vehicle which can raise occupant's head guard performance. <P>SOLUTION: The occupant restraint system for a vehicle 10 includes a four-point type seat belt device 12, and air belt sections 30 prepared in each of a pair of right and left shoulder webbing 14 which compose the four-point type seat belt device 12.
