PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display superior in adhesion between a liquid crystal panel and a protective base material, and superior in visibility. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display is provided by laminating (I) a layer formed of at least a cation polymerizing resin composition and (II) a protective layer on an image display part surface of the liquid crystal panel. The cation polymerizing resin composition is characterized by including (A) polyether polyol having three or more of hydroxyl groups, (B) a glycidyl group including compound and (C) a polymerization initiator.
