An unmanned vehicle control system is provided to drain the water remaining in the fixed body so as to prevent malfunction or breakage of the lifting member of the fixed body due to water. An unmanned vehicle control system comprises a fixed body(10) buried in the ground, a lifting body(30) which is inserted in the fixed body and raised by a lifting member equipped inside the fixed body, a water level sensor which detects the level of water staying inside the fixed body, an underwater pump pumping out the water staying inside the fixed body, a timer setting up the time to ascending and descending of the lifting member of the fixed body, and a controller which controls the underwater pump according to the signal from the water level sensor and the lifting member according to the setting of the timer.
