A welding beam is provided to facilitate the transport and maintain the strength by using steel sheets of different thicknesses according to the allowable stress range of each part. A welding beam comprises a web(20) having a concavo-convex part(21), and a flange(30) including a welding part(32) in which a thick steel plate(30-1) and a thin steel plate(30-2) are welded and which is welded to the top and bottom ends of the web. The thick steel plate of the flange is located on the part where large stress is exerted, and the thin steel plate is located on the part where small stress is exerted.
