PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing easy distinction of a position of a parkable facility.

SOLUTION: A terminal device measures a present position of a vehicle, and transmits probe information including the measured present position to an information provision server. When the information provision server receives the probe information, the information provision server distinguishes that a spot wherein the vehicle stops over a prescribed time is the parkable facility wherein the vehicle can park based on the received probe information.
