PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrub brush which is excellent in cleaning property while protecting an image which is printed on the surface of a non-woven fabric section. SOLUTION: This scrub brush is equipped with the non-woven fabric section for which synthetic fibers are three-dimensionally gathered. In the scrub brush, the image is printed on the surface of the non-woven fabric section by an inkjet type printer. In addition, a coating agent is jetted to the surface of the non-woven fabric on which the image has been printed to protect the image by the coating. At the same time, a large number of granular bodies which are formed by the hardening of the coating agent are made to project on the surface side of the non-woven fabric section, and the cleanability is increased.
