The invention relates to novel substituted 2-amino 3-sulfonyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidines, to novel antagonists of serotonin 5-HT6 receptors, to novel medicinal substances, pharmaceutical compositions, medicinal preparations and to the methods for the production and and to a method for treating and preventing the development of different diseases of the CNS, the pathogenesis of which is caused by the disorder in monoaminergic signaling pathways, in particular by hyper- or hypoactivating serotonin 5-HT6 receptors. In general formula 1: Ar is optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heterocyclyl; R1 and R3, independently from each other, represent C1-C3 alkyl or phenyl; R2 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C3 alkyl; R4 1 and R4 2 independently from each other represent a hydrogen atom, optionally substituted C1-C3 alkyl or optionally substituted phenyl, or R4 1 and R4 2 together with a nitrogen atom, with which they are bonded, form optionally substituted heterocyclyl.
